1. Renew your Faith.
2. Renew your Relationships
3. Renew your Calling
Col 1:21-23 (MSG)
21.You yourselves are a case study of what he does. At one time you all had your backs turned to God, thinking rebellious thoughts of him, giving him trouble every chance you got.
22.But now, by giving himself completely at the Cross, actually dying for you, Christ brought you over to God's side and put your lives together, whole and holy in his presence.
23.You don't walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message - just this one. Every creature under heaven gets this same Message....

Let God Work His Will In You
The book of James is about practical ways to live as a Christians
In Chapter four he tells us about 2 things
1) Submit yourselves to God
Acknowledge our enemy the Devil and what he does and then submit to God and stand firmly against his attacks in the name of Jesus. Because of what Christ accomplished through his death and resurrection, we claim spiritual authority over our adversary
2)Don’t Boast about tomorrow
Here he wants us not to ignore God’s will. When it comes to making plan for our life and that if we do then God will show us who has the final say.

In 1 Samuel 27 David decides to go live among the Philistines because Saul had become insistent upon
killing him. Now remember Saul had disobeyed God then insulted him. God is a loving God, but in
Saul's instance God had sent Samuel the prophet to correct his disobedience.

Today I want to share with you part of a bible study we have been doing over the past month. Embraced by God, by Max Lucado.
Last week we covered in part a topic that we have not discussed on Third Cup Fellowship and I felt that it was important for us to hear.
We have been talking about “Getting back to the Fathers Business” and how we can do that.
Part of this Bible study speaks to our place in doing God’s work and what that is based on.
